Order Despatch & Average Delivery Timings

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt - very often we turn orders around within 24 hours.  In the UK we use Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class post with deliveries reaching their destinations from between 2-5 working days.

For Europe, we either use Royal Mail or a courier service with deliveries between 3-7 working days.

Deliveries to the USA and Australia can take up to 15 working days - but normally arrive within 10 days. Deliveries are sometimes delayed by Homeland Security when they reach Stateside.

Shipping/Delivery Costs

All costs include postage, packing and handling. Spanish Rings are made from mild steel so we tend to use  the Royal Mail rather than couriers as charges are huge when compared to the cost of the Rings.

1. The flat rate for the UK is £3.50 per order.

2. The flat rate for Europe is £6.50 per order

3. For the USA, Australia & New Zealand, South Africa and 'Rest of the World' countries costs are set at a new flat rate of £10 per order.

Packaging

We use a standard cardboard box measuring 12"x 9"x 6" ( 305mm x 229 x 152mm ). The box will not fit through a domestic letterbox.  Personal directions of where to leave parcels can be added to the delivery label.  Alternately we do deliver to a work/business address, or to a relative or friend.

2kg Small Parcel Weight Limit

The Royal Mail has a weight limit of 2kg for small parcels.  If your order is above this limit it will be split into two or more parcels.  If this happens the parcels will be marked '1of 2' or '2 of 2' for example.  They will be despatch at the same time - but may not arrive together, as Spanish Rings has no control over this aspect.
