Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
Contract: The contract of sale from Spanish Rings Limited to you.
Products: The range of Spanish Rings available to purchase from this web site in accordance with the Terms.

Order Processing & Security
When you place your order you will automatically be connected with our secure servers. Your personal details ( name, address etc) your card and order details will be encrypted to remain secure as they pass across the internet and reach our processing centre.
Once your order has been verified you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Your credit card number is not stored on our records. Card details have to be given again for each new order.
If you would like to contact us regarding your order. either by phone or e.mail. please quote the Order Reference and Order Date given on your Invoice/Despatch note which arrived with your order.

Cards Accepted
We accept most major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Alternative Payment Method
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland you may decide to pay by cheque or postal order. To do this, print out the special Mail Order Form and post your order to us.

Prices
Prices are quoted in GBP (£). All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) for all orders made in the UK or the European Union. All other orders are free of VAT.

Privacy
Spanish Rings will not disclose any personal or order details to a third party.

Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Charges will be calculated depending on your order selection and destination and added to your order for your approval.
Depending on availability, our aim is to despatch your order within 5 working days.. If we have sold out of a particular type or colour of Spanish Ring we will inform you any expected delay.
If this does happen, you will be given the chance to choose an alternative or receive a full refund if you decide to cancel the order.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. If we are unable to deliver within that time we will only proceed with your order with your agreement.

Delivery System
Most deliveries will be made by Royal Mail. Depending on your order we may also use ParcelForce Worldwide.

Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Spanish Rings. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds
To return an order, complete the section in the Invoice/Despatch Note which arrived with your order, and send the entire package back to us.
All products must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will notify you as soon as either a refund or replacement has been processed.
This does not effect your statutory rights. 

Limited Liability
Spanish Rings Limited warrant that our products are of high quality and suitable for the intended purpose of holding flower pots. 
We do not accept liability for Spanish Rings which are not securely fastened to their appropriate fixing point. Always ensure that wall hooks, trellis and balcony/fence railings are safe and secure.

Governing Law
These terms and your use of the www.spanishrings.com web site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
